By accessing or using AnLTracker (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. The Service

AnLTracker is a personal finance tracking tool. We provide software and AI-assisted insights based on the data you enter. We are not a registered financial advisor, broker, or investment platform.

2. Not Financial Advice

The AI advisor and any insights, calculations, or suggestions provided by AnLTracker are for educational and informational purposes only. They do not constitute financial, tax, legal, or investment advice. Always consult a qualified professional before making financial decisions.

3. Your Account

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
• One person, one account. Sharing accounts is not permitted.

4. Acceptable Use

• Do not attempt to compromise the security of the Service.
• Do not upload unlawful, infringing, or malicious content.
• Do not use the Service to scrape, harvest, or mine data.
• Do not resell, sublicense, or reverse-engineer the Service.

5. Pro Subscription

The Pro Lifetime plan is a one-time purchase that unlocks all premium features for the lifetime of the Service. "Lifetime" means as long as the Service operates. Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase, no questions asked.

6. Data Accuracy

We make every effort to ensure calculations are accurate, but we provide the Service "as is" without warranty. You are responsible for verifying any numbers before making financial decisions.

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AnLTracker shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
